From Sheldon Zemen in Scott Sherman's office (note this seems to be from late 2018):
The current actives on the project and primary focus is painting and finalizing all of the pump station piping as well as the flatwork around the building such as driveway approaches, walkways and stairs. The site asphalt paving will take place first of January. It is expected that in the first week of January they will start flushing all of the installed piping to prep to tie in the new lines to the existing lines. Residents can expect heavy traffic control during the month of January during the tie in events. Seda DR will be closed starting the second week of January until it has been repaved and is expected to be reopened in the first weeks of February. There are 4 tie ins total connecting the new to the old. While the tie ins are taking place the intent is to remove the old existing Tierrasanta pump station located across from the Community Center. Also during the month of January, they will be removing ten (10) ADA ramps as well as removing and replacing curb and sidewalk that was damaged during construction or the City has decided needs to be replaced. After the tie ins rolling in to the month of February they will begin the startup process of the pump station, Grinding and capping the trench lines that run down Clairemont Mesa, Slurry seal and new paint. March, they expect to be working on any final punch list items for the project finishing the project around the final week of March.
