The San Diego County Water Authority set up a drought response web portal, www.whenindrought.org, to provide the latest drought information as well as info on rebates, classes and conservation programs available.  On the landing page you will find two things they get asked about frequently:  an agency-by-agency guide to help people find local water use restrictions in effect for their community, and a search tool to find water conservation incentives available in your community (enter your address and zip code, and it will pull up a list of rebates available from your local water agency, from SDCWA, from MWD and even water-efficiency related rebates/incentives from SDG&E.)
